Green Ilminster Talk – Wednesday 16th Nov at 7.30pm

Dear

Just a quick reminder that on Wednesday evening we have James Hitchmough talking about:

What can gardens do for biodiversity and sustainability in a time of climate change?

In this talk James, who is Professor Emeritus in the School of Architecture and Landscape at the University of Sheffield, will explore some of the possibilities of increasing the benefits of gardens for people and wildlife, and what current scientific research has to say about all of this.  He will use his own garden project in Claygate (plus a little of his professional work) to illustrate some of these ideas and how he has tried to do as little harm as possible in the process.

We hope to see you there – it’s the Ilminster Arts Centre and doors open at 6.45pm for a 7.30 start.

Kind regards

Chris
