What a busy month again! Very excited to have our website up and running, making us visible and accessible to more of our community. We have so much planned for the year and are itching to get going!
Quiz Nite – 7th Feb. This month we have our quiz which is always great fun – and it is important to have fun while you are trying to save the planet! Details here.
Seed and Plant Swap. Our next big event is going to be our Seed and plant swap on 1st April. This is our next Share event as part of our Share and Repair project. It will be a social event for the green fingered people of Ilminster, a good chance to come together and share tips and advice as well as seeds and plants. There is nothing like a good old chat about gardening over a cuppa and cake! Find out more here
The Share and Repair project will be celebrating it first birthday at the end of this month – can’t believe we are a year old already! We are going from strength to strength and honing our systems. We have lots of volunteering opportunities – we are always especially looking for people with engineering and electrical skills and shopkeepers – find out more here.
The Ilminster tree Project continue their great work and have some larger scale plantings planned before the end of the tree planting season – these will be at the end of February and March, so do get involved if you can as many hands make light work (well ligh-tish!). Find out more here.
